The Park at Ward Village

24” Augercast Pile (CFA/ACIP) Installations and Testing

Kelikai was fortunate to be chosen as the ACIP pile subcontractor for the next 43-story high rise for the Ward Village Development. The designers called for 24” diameter piles ranging from 65’ to 93’ deep. We were asked by the team to mobilize two rigs for the project, one of which was the Bauer MC128 Crane and Lead system, along with our new Bauer BG33H. Kelikai owns our own service cranes for dropping cages, along with Schwing concrete pumps for grouting the piles during installation. We are proud to say that we finished our contracted work ahead of schedule with safe and efficient production.
